Terms of Service
1. Who you are buying from
This storefront is operated by Rehearsal Farm Co, an independent business (“we”, “us”). Every order you place here is a purchase from Rehearsal Farm Co. The storefront runs on the Minori Midori commerce platform, which provides the website technology but is not the seller and is not a party to your purchase. By ordering or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
Retail customers can create an account directly. Business (wholesale) accounts require our approval and may be subject to additional arrangements we agree with you — such as payment terms, credit limits, and minimum order values. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials safe; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example when a product is unavailable, a listing contains a pricing or description error, or an account is past due — and if payment was already taken for a canceled order, we will refund it.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price for that order. Business customers may have individually agreed pricing, which shows once signed in. Card payments are processed by Stripe — your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. Approved business accounts may instead pay by invoice on the payment terms we have agreed (for example net 30); invoices are due by their stated date.
5. Delivery and pickup
Available fulfillment options (delivery areas, days, and any minimum order values, or pickup) are shown at checkout. Much of what we sell is perishable — please make sure someone can receive the order at the delivery address, or collect a pickup order promptly. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
6. Perishable goods, problems, and refunds
Because fresh products cannot be restocked, we do not accept returns of perishable goods. If something arrives damaged, spoiled, missing, or otherwise not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup — photos help — and we will make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund of the affected items. Refunds for card payments go back to the original payment method; invoice orders are corrected by credit or an adjusted invoice.
7. Memberships and subscription boxes
If we offer a membership or recurring subscription box, it renews automatically and is billed to your card through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the benefits until then.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the storefront — no unlawful purchases, no interfering with the site’s operation or security, and no use of another person’s account without permission. Products sold for business use must be handled and resold in compliance with the food safety rules that apply to your business.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published.
