This storefront is operated by Rehearsal Farm Co(“we”, “us”). We collect the information described here to run our store and fulfill your orders. The storefront runs on the Minori Midori commerce platform, which stores and processes this data on our behalf as a service provider.

2. What we collect

Account details — your name, email address, and optionally a phone number.
Order information — what you order, delivery addresses, order history, and invoices.
Business account details — for wholesale customers, your business name and the terms we agree with you.
Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe; your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored by us or the platform.

3. How we use it

to process, deliver, and invoice your orders;
to send transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, invoices, and account messages;
to manage memberships and subscription boxes if you have one;
to provide customer support and keep required business records.

We do not sell your personal information, and this storefront does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies — only the cookies needed for sign-in and your shopping cart.

4. Who we share it with

Your information is shared only with the service providers that make the store work: the Minori Midori platform (hosting and order management), Stripe (payments), and providers used for email delivery and, where applicable, shipping. Each may use it only to provide their service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and order records while your account is active and as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your rights

You can view and update your details from your account pages. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the details shared on this storefront or in your order emails. California residents have the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA — to know, correct, and delete their personal information without discrimination; we honor those requests through the same contact, and we do not sell or “share” personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.

7. Children

This store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
